Important Articles of the Sabha

Article 4 All persons born in the Hindu Brahmin Community and living in Nellore District can be members
Article 16 President: He shall preside over all the meetings of the Sabha. All the business of the sabha shall be carried on in the name of the President.
Article 17 Vice Presidents: There shall be five Vice Presidents and each Vice President shall be in charge of a sub committee to be formed fore the fulfillment of the objects of the Association i.e., Sabha. In the absence of the President, a Vice President shall preside overall the meetings of the Sabha and discharge all the functions of the President under these articles.
Article 18 Secretary: The Secretary shall keep all the records of Sabha. He shall attend to all correspondence and keep secure all documents relating to the Sabha. He shall keep correct minutes and records of the proceedings of the various meetings of the Sabha and issue notices for and convene the meetings, whenever necessary and shall exercise general supervision over the affairs of all meetings. He shall publish in brief the proceedings and resolutions of the Sabha and its committees. He shall report to the GB all matters relating to the Sabha arising out of actions taken by the Executive Committee. He shall read the report of the Executive Committee at the General Body meeting to be held annually.
The Secretary shall be entitled to keep an imprest cash of Rs.100/- and to receive any further necessary funds from the Treasurer for the day to day administration of the Sabha.
Article 20 The Treasurer shall receive and be in charge of all funds of the Sabha and its committee and shall submit annually to the Executive Committee and the G.B., the report of the audit of the Treasury by a Chartered Accountant.
Article 21 The Treasurer shall deposit all moneys, as and when received in a Scheduled Bank, or in such trust securities or other investments as authorized and approved by the E.C., provided however the Treasurer shall enable the Secretary to have an imprest cash of Rs.100/-
Article 22 The Treasurer shall make any payments or disbursements as sanctioned by the President, or the Executive Body.
Article 23 No money shall be withdrawn from the Bank or other assets utilized except with the prior sanction of the President or the E.C.,
Article 27 If a member of the Executive Committee absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the E.C., without sufficient reason he shall be deemed to have vacated the Office. Such vacancies shall be filled by co option by the E.C.,
